Charge Entry
We will enter and submit your charges electronically if accepted by insurance electronically. All charges will be submitted timely and will be “scrubbed” via edits in the billing software to ensure a clean submission the first time the insurance gets the charge.

Payment Posting
Payments will be gathered electronically or via Postal Service or Pickup and entered into the billing system. Any denials or rejections will be worked on as soon as the EOBs are processed. You will get your check in the mail straight from the insurance company or if arrangements are decided by your practice for non-electronic payments, we can accommodate that as well. |

A/R Follow Up
All outstanding A/R will be worked on regularly and any reports you may require will be readily available. Our reports can be formatted to illustrate many different combinations of information.

Credentialing/Re-credentialing
We are willing to assist with credentialing any doctors in the practice including any new physicians that may be added to the practice down the road. Many insurance companies require that physicians be re-credentialed annually or biannually, and we are also willing and capable of performing this service for your practice. Where it is appropriate, we will use CAQH for credentialing/re-credentialing.

Fee Schedule Maintenance

MEDCOMP Claims Services can assist you in the pricing of your procedures and we will stay up-to-date on reimbursement rates so that you can ensure you are capturing what you deserve. |

Consulting
If there are some parts of your practice that you feel could be improved or streamlined, whether it be in the revenue cycle or even your day-to-day routine, we are willing to offer some suggestions as to how you may be able to operate your business more efficiently. We have experience dealing with many different facilities and specialties from small offices to large multi-doc groups. |
